This Privacy Policy explains how the BDMP Scorekeeper mobile application ("the App") handles your information. Please read it carefully.
BDMP Scorekeeper is designed to work entirely on your device. The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data with the developer or any third party. All the information you enter — scores, firearm details, shooting venues, and target photos — is stored locally on your device only. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

You may enter and store the following in the App. This information stays on your device:
The App does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other identifying information, and it does not create a user profile.
The App asks for the following permissions only to provide specific features. You can decline them, and you can change them later in your device settings:
Photos you add are stored in the App's private storage on your device. They are not uploaded anywhere by the App.
All data is stored locally on your device in the App's private storage (a local database and, for photos, the App's documents folder). None of it is sent to the developer, to any server, or to any third party.
The App can generate a PDF training logbook and lets you export, print, or share it using your device's standard share/print features. When you use those features, your device — not the App — sends the file to the destination you select (for example email, a messaging app, cloud storage, or a printer). What happens to the file after that is governed by the privacy policy of the service or app you send it to. The App itself does not transmit this data.
The App contains no analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking SDKs, and no cookies. It does not track you across apps or websites.
Because your data lives only on your device, you are in control of it:
The developer holds no copy of your data and therefore cannot access, restore, or delete it on your behalf.
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the App does not process children's personal data.
The developer does not collect or process your personal data on any server, so there is no personal data held by the developer to access, correct, export, or erase. You retain full control of all information within the App on your device. Where applicable data protection law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) grants you rights regarding personal data, you may exercise them by contacting us at the email address above.
Your data is protected by your device's own security features (such as your screen lock and the operating system's app sandboxing). No method of electronic storage is completely secure; please also protect your device with a passcode or biometric lock.
The App uses open-source software components bundled within it (viewable in the App under About → Open-source licenses). These run locally and do not transmit your data. Standard operating-system features you invoke (share sheet, print, camera, photo picker) are provided by Apple or Google and are governed by their respective privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this location with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
